We currently offer worldwide shipping! Our shipping services cover destinations such as United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. For any questions about our shipping methods, please reach out to our support on the contact page.

Once you've placed your order, we kindly ask for your patience as we require some time to process orders, as they are initiated only after funds have successfully cleared into our account, however can take longer if placed on weekends due to inoperative hours. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please see approximate shipping timeline below for various shipping methods: 

Air Freight

  • Payment Clearance: 2-3 days
  • Order Processing: 2 days
  • Tracking Added: Same day 
  • Shipping: 7-10 days
  • Total: 10-14 (business days)

Sea Freight

  • Payment Clearance: 2-3 days
  • Order Processing: 5-7 days (custom package parcel) 
  • Shipping: 20-30 business days
  • Tracking Added: At arrival of designated port
  • Total: Approximately - 8-10 weeks (custom orders may take longer) 

    Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

    Note: The shipping times stipulated above under "Air Freight" are for smaller items that can be delivered via air freight such as our Home Decor products. Larger items in excess of 20kg and/or in excess of 1m x 1m such as: Coffee Tables, Sofas & Occasional Chairs will be delivered via sea freight which can take anywhere between 8-10 weeks. Tracking for all items via sea freight will only become available once it has successfully reached the designated port, this is industry standard. 

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

    How will my sea freight item(s) be delivered? 

    You can expect to be contacted by the carrier directly to arrange a suitable delivery time and day that aligns with your schedule. We understand the importance of flexibility, so they'll work with you to find the most convenient options.

    Storage Fees & Delivery Timing

    It’s essential to note that timely communication is crucial in this process. If, for any reason, we are unable to agree on a delivery date within 9–14 business days from initial communication by the carrier, storage fees will apply. These fees will be payable solely by the customer, as they are charged by third-party courier warehouse facilities and are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order.

    Please be aware that these fees can be excessively high and are calculated by weight x size, customers are strongly warned and urged to avoid unnecessary delays in order acceptance and delivery coordination. These charges are entirely outside of our control, and we will not be held accountable for any storage and/or re-delivery fees incurred. All storage fees and re-delivery fees will be payable by the customer.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We only accept returns for faulty goods as per consumer laws and will replace the item in full and/or cover any other associated costs involved to our discretion. We strictly do not offer any exchanges due to change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully.

    Waste Disposal and Unpacking

    At Victoria Queen, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please note, however, that our service does not include white glove delivery, unpacking of goods, assembly, or the removal of packaging materials, pallets, or any associated waste.

    As a global business, all deliveries are made to the front of the recipient’s property only. Due to occupational health and safety regulations, couriers are unable to carry items indoors or assist with setup.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to unpack, assemble (where applicable), and arrange disposal of all packaging materials after delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
