Shipping and Tracking Policy
Victoria Queen is a global enterprise, therefore offering products globally to customers. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has been successfully placed. Our terms are as set out below:
1. Shipping will take anywhere between 7-10 business days, however due to common logistical fluctuations and variations, shipping may be longer in some instances. Generally, shipping times are much faster than 7-10 business days, however we set this allowance as for a worst-case scenario to our customers for smaller items under 20kg. Larger items such as; Occasional Chairs, Sofas, Dining Tables & Coffee Tables that are in excess of 20kg will take anywhere between 30-45 days.
2. All products shipped to the United States of America, Canada and Australia only are inclusive of all shipping cost. Any items purchased outside of these origins will be calculated during the checkout process and will be charged accordingly
3. All orders typically processed with 1-3 business days or until money has cleared into designated trading account. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays such as those caused by, holiday volumes or inclement weather may impact your estimated delivery date.
4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
5. Victoria Queen is not responsible for any customs, import fees and/or any other fees you may incur during or after shipping.
6. We ship using a variety of carriers, including Australia Post, DHL and FedEx. We may use different carriers for different orders depending on the size, weight and destination of the package.
